When is the last date to place an order?
Friday the 20th of November 2021. Enchanted Post wish to ensure that all letters arrive on time. However due to the unpredictable nature of Australia Post, we have brought our closing date forward to allow for possible mail delays. Please note our express shipping option for letters is the only delivery method that includes tracking.
Will my order ship straight away?
The magical elves at Enchanted Post work as quickly as they can to create your letters. Please note letters out of the North Pole are delivered in batches and may take a couple of weeks for your shipping confirmation to arrive.
Are all the letters handwritten?
Although we take the utmost care and effort to ensure all letters look handwritten and authentic as possible, not all our letters are written by hand. We provide various options to our customers, including beautiful printed letters as well as our handwritten letter range. Please note that text length and prices vary.
Can letters be personalised?
Of course! We offer different products depending on your needs and budget. Our letters can be personalised and this information is gathered at the checkout with a number of questions for the buyer / gift giver to fill in.
Can multiple children be included in one letter?
Of course! Our personalised and handwritten options of the Santa Claus letters can accommodate up to a maximum of two children’s names per letter, however please note the level of personalisation for each child is reduced.
Is there an option to purchase blank stationery?
Absolutely. For those who wish to pen their own letter can most certainly do so! This set is recommended for those who would like to let their imagination go crazy and write their own letter to their child. If you select this option, the envelope will still come stamped but without a wax seal.
How and when should I present it to the recipient?
There are many ways to present your letter from Father Christmas to the recipient.
You may wish for the letter to magically appear in the letterbox leading up to Christmas! Or make it part of your festive traditions by cozying up on the couch as a family to read it together on Christmas Eve night. Or you may wish to place it in their stocking to be discovered on Christmas morning! Maybe it appears below the Christmas tree a week before Christmas in a bed of glitter? Or will Santa leave it on the coffee table after devouring the homemade biscuits you left out for him?
