Our NEW family letters do not have a maximum number of recipients! We will happily accommodate all members of your family! However please note the level of personalisation for each recipient is reduced.

Our express shipping option for letters is the only delivery method that includes tracking
Letter and envelopes may differ from images provided as designs are seasonal
What’s included:
One bespoke hand scribed letter on our thick cream A4 Santa Claus letterhead with decorative embellishments
C5 envelope with decorative stamps, Santa Claus wax seal and magical hand written address
A sprinkle of North Pole Magic inside (biodegradable fine glitter)
When prompted at checkout you’ll be asked to enter the following:
Family name and given names of all recipients (can include nicknames)
Ages / school grade
Family ‘address’ (here you can provide some fun details about your house and / or street for a creative interpretation for the envelope; OR details for the house they will be in when they receive their letter i.e. if you are spending Christmas at your beach house or Nanny’s place).
Three words (or short phrases) to describe each recipient. For example: kind hearted, adventurous, studious, loves the outdoors, a jokester etc.
Favourite family Christmas traditions / activities (ie putting out carrots for the Reindeer)
Any achievements you would like Santa to recognise (i.e moved into new family home, sleeping in a ‘big bed’ or riding a bike for this first time!).
